1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Scrivo.pro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and delete your account.

2. Description of Service

Scrivo provides an independent, quantitative trade journaling, telemetry, and portfolio tracking software application for Indian financial markets (NSE & BSE). The Platform enables traders to log, tag, and compute mathematical performance metrics for Equity, Options, and Futures transactions.

3. User Responsibilities & Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials. Any actions performed under your account shall be attributed to you. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, unauthorized automated scraping, or attempts to compromise platform security.

4. Intellectual Property & User Data Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of all trading logs, notes, and taxonomical data inputted into the Platform. Scrivo claims no proprietary interest in your trade entries. Scrivo retains all intellectual property rights in the software architecture, design tokens, codebase, and interfaces.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Scrivo, its creators, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from trading losses, execution inaccuracies, data corruption, or service interruptions. Trading decisions are executed at your own discretion and risk.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune or Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
